Almost Instant Ginger Ale

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup
  • Ice cold sparkling water


  1. Place ginger in the bottom of a tall glass. Top off with simple syrup and ice, then SLOWLY add the sparkling water, as it will fizz up.
