Services we use include:

Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.

Constant Contact – This service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We use Constant Contact as our marketing automation platform.  They will store your email address, signup information, newsletter activity stats and other information needed to send and administer the newsletter.   Constant Contact has a Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: If this website feature is used, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Business Transfers

If Sizzleworks, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Sizzleworks goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
