  • A full meal concludes each class
  • Learning is both comprehensive and intense, similar to a professional cooking school without the production work
  • Classes run one night per week; classes run 3 1/2 to 4 hours
  • Each class will stand-alone and can be taken individually.  If you miss a class, you can take it when the next Cookwise series runs
  • Meal service is provided in an environment that encourages detailed topical discussion with chef instructors
  • Classes quickly develop into a community that enhances learning and makes each week’s lesson fun
