It takes nearly as long to type the name of this dish as it does to assemble it! And, it is a work of art, painted with the colors of summer! I like to leave a tiny bit of the stem on the radish, as it serves as a handle and adds a bit of green to the plate.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons 1/2 stick sweet butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt a flavored salt is nice here
- 1 bunch radishes your choice of variety, washed and trimmed
Instructions
-
With a whisk or in a mixer, whip the butter until smooth and light. Smear it on a serving dish, large enough to hold all of the radishes with a bit of space in between. Cut radishes inhale through the stem, and scatter over butter. Sprinkle with salt.
