hoisin aioli

An Asian flavor profile twist on a classic sauce, this is a versatile dip or spread for seafood, satay skewers, Asian noodle salads, you name it!

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce or so, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate to store.
