Ahh, I love my job — have I said that before? Well, I get to do so many fun things, in the name of research. This coming Saturday I will be in Zillah, east of the mountains for those o you who do not know our WAshington Wine country, to prepare a winemaker’s dinner at Wineglass Cellars, with winemaker David Lowe. So, in the name of research, here is my Tuscan Pork with Peperonata and Parsley Pesto!
