So, I bought a jar of truffle honey from La Buona Tavola on Saturday, and decided to break it out this evening. I’m a little tired from a long day, and it’s raining here, and I need a bit of comfort food. So, I made up the apple and aged Gouda salad — the recipe is posted on Feb 1. I drizzled a bit of the truffle honey over — Well, there is just nothing more to say.
