Owner and Chocolatier of the newest Chocolate Confectionary in Bellevue!

Chef Kristen has been making special order chocolates since the 1980’s. Her passion led to pastry school and a degree in French Pastry and Specialty Baking, which fed her thirst for knowledge. Choosing to advance her chocolate education, Chef Kristen attended a Professional Swiss Candy Making course at Ewald Notter’s International School of Confectionary Arts. In 2006, she received a Professional Chocolatier Certificate of Achievement with Honors from Ecole Chocolate. Chef Kristen is a member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association.
